Refund and Returns Policy

The right to cancel any order for any reason is reserved with www.etoolsmart.com/JB Impex/seller of the goods. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following :

1. Incorrest Address : Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
2. Error in Products : Wrong product listing on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.).
3. Non availability of the product :If the order is not serviceable by the seller due to non-availability of the product.
4. Non-serviceable address : Delivery service not available at your specified address (Pin code).
5. Incorrect Pricing – Due to the volatile market for collectible product, there may be major fluctuations in price at times. Therefore, the seller reserves the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer tor that item.

Returns:

1. You can feel  free to inform  our team (sales@etoolsmart.com ; +91-9033551188) for return of damaged & defective items within 2 working days of receipt of your goods.
2. Products should be unused.
3. Products  must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
4. Invoice must be available.
5. Customer needs to pack the product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
6. Customer will handover the product to the courier boy.
7. We have 2 days return policy only after customer received material.

Cancellation Policy:

1. You can cancel your order  at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail ID  to (sales@etoolsmart.com) with your complete order details.
2. Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order within 10 working days.
3. If transaction is done by through NEFT, RTGS and Cheque then customer need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id sales@etoolsmart.comfrom registered e-mail id.
